Ricky flack
Lead Pastor
Ricky was born in La Mirada, California. He has been married for the past 29 years to his beloved Cindy and has 4 children and 7 grandchildren. Ricky served 14 years in the United States Navy and during that time came to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in a small chapel on the Navy base in Yokosuka, Japan. Ricky has degrees from Austin Peay State University, Clarion University of Pennsylvania, Jacksonville University, and Lake-Sumter Bible College and Seminary. Prior to entering the ministry full-time, Ricky was a Board-Certified Registered Nurse with the Veteran’s Administration until he retired with 20 years of Federal service. Ricky has previously served as a Deacon, an Elder, and a Worship Leader before being ordained into the preaching ministry. Ricky is a founding member of Welcome Home Christian Church and was the Music Minister for 3.5 years. Ricky currently serves WHCC as an Elder and as the Lead Pastor.

Office Manager
Renee is married to Billy Arment and they are founding members of Welcome Home. Renee has two
adult children and two grandchildren. She was born in Melbourne, Florida, moved to Colorado and
Tennessee during her childhood years and moved back to Florida in 1978. Renee loves warm weather,
beaches, and family time. Renee has been involved in church her whole life and loves serving Jesus and
others. Renee was thrilled when the opportunity arose to be the Office Manager at Welcome Home
where she could do ministry work.

tom frisbie
Music Leader
Tom Frisbie has been involved in church music since he was a child and his father was the music Minister at the church where he grew up in Upstate New York. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Asbury University and a Masters in Church Music from Asbury Seminary. He has been the owner of Brothers Fix-It, Inc. since 1998 when it was started with his brother Scott and parents Bill and Carol. He spent several years in Kentucky assisting numerous churches as a music minister and helping the churches build their music programs and move from a traditional to a blended/contemporary style service. He has assisted with the music at Welcome Home since the church began.

Lisa Carter
Children's Ministry
Lisa Carter is a native of Eastern Ky, where she graduated from a Christian School at her church in Turkey Creek, Ky, and then attended a Bible College in Nashville, TN. From the time she was 17 years old, she began volunteering and teaching the children’s classes on Wednesday nights at her local church. Her love of sharing the Gospel with precious little ones has continued throughout her adult life as she and her high school sweetheart, David, married and have lived in Columbus, Ohio, then later Williamsburg, VA, locations where Lisa continued to teach Sunday School Classes and VBS when needed. The Carters finally relocated to Lake County, Florida, in 1994, where Dave & Lisa have raised two sons of their own, homeschooling them for six years. Lisa continued to teach Sunday School and Children’s Church at Shady Brook Free Will Baptist Church in Coleman, FL, and later served at Mid-Lakes Christian Church (which became Adventure Christian Church) as a mid-week pre-school teacher and VBS volunteer. Both Dave & Lisa were chosen to serve as Youth Leaders for the Middle & High School Youth and Lisa supported Dave while he served as a Deacon at Adventure CC. Lisa also was an employee at Adventure Christian Academy where she taught Creative Writing, Science Lab, Life Skills and Health & PE at the Middle School. Dave & Lisa are founding members of Welcome Home Christian Church and Lisa is honored to continue serving the children here that she loves so much.

BILLY ARMENT
Associate Pastor
Billy Arment was born in Macon Missouri and raised in northeast and central Missouri for most of his life. He is currently married to Renee Arment. He has a daughter who lives in Kansas City Kansas and another daughter who lives in Toledo Ohio. Billy has three granddaughters and two grandsons. Billy graduated from Versailles Missouri High School in 1979. Billy served 20 years in the United States Army retired. Billy went back to college at age thirty-eight and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in History. At age forty-eight he went back to college and received his Master’s Degree in Agency Counseling (mental health counseling). Billy was baptized in a Christian Church in Shelbyville Missouri at age twelve. He attended the Assembly of God Church in Barnett Missouri for several years. Billy moved to Florida in 2016 where he worked in mental health for the first year and then went to work for the VA Clinic in the Villages where he retired in 2022. Billy initially attended Adventure Christian Church and then became part of the initial Steering Team and later an Elder at Welcome Home Christian Church where he continues to serve.
